My Terms of Service outline the rules of my products and services. If you intend on commissioning me, please read these. I may amend my TOS over time.

Payment
• I require full upfront payment before I begin your commission. If your commission(s) are over $100, I am open to discussing payment plans. Your commission must be paid in full before completion.
• I accept money through PayPal only for international clients. If you live in New Zealand, bank transfer is available.
• I do not offer refunds on completed work. I can offer partial refunds on work that is already partially completed.
Rights
• You are not permitted to train image-generating AI models on my art under any circumstance.
• I have the right to decline a commission for any reason. This can include, but is not limited to, the nature of the commission or the conduct of the client.
• Unless agreed otherwise, I retain the rights to all artwork I create. You (the commissioner) do not have permission to use my artwork for commercial use. You still retain the character rights for characters drawn by me.
If you are interested in commissioning art for commercial use, please tell me when you commission me so I can adjust the price appropriately.
• As the commissioner, you are allowed to make edits to your commissioned piece. An example of this would be puppeteer animation of a finished work, or addition of filters.
• Please ensure that even edited, the art is credited towards me. You may not claim that you drew my artwork or remove my signature from my art.
Other
• I will work with deadlines that are more than 2 weeks away, given notice upon receiving your commission form. Rush fees are an additional 50% of the commission cost.
Rush fees will prioritise your commission over the rest of my queue, and are generally not needed if your commission deadline is over 2 weeks away.
• Once you have approved the sketch, I will move onto the lineart. I will not make any major changes after this stage, such as pose or species change. Minor changes are okay to a degree. If you are unsure, ask.
• Please have a visual reference when commissioning me. This can be other pieces of artwork you have commissioned, coloured-in lineart, or anything that you have the rights to use.
• I accept art commissions adult in nature to those over 18.
